📍 The aim of this project is to improve the daily lives of young people through sports, personal development activities, and basic nutrition knowledge. It aims to compare practices from different countries and explore intercultural differences (such as food, beliefs, and culture). As part of youth work practice, the project seeks to equip participants with technical skills as well as behavioral skills like leadership, communication, teamwork, and self-confidence. These experiences are expected to positively impact the participants' personal lives and future careers.

  2. Each participating country will involve 10 young people (including disadvantaged youth) in the activities.

  3. The events focus on young people aged 14-16, aiming to enhance communication among participants.

  4. The goal is to encourage young people to focus on their well-being during and after the activities.

Impacts

  1. Mental and physical health improvement: By leveraging the benefits of sports, the project aims to improve participants' mental and physical health while highlighting the importance of healthy eating and regular exercise.

  2. Performance evaluation: Participants' performance, engagement, and enjoyment of the activities will be assessed in terms of their mental and physical health.

  3. Group dynamics: Group activities will foster interaction among young people, enabling collective growth and progress through mutual engagement.

  4. Facilitator support: Facilitators will remain in the background, observing participants' progress and providing support when needed.
